How to Get Help

Gather Information

Before reporting, collect:
  • What you were trying to do
  • What you expected to happen
  • What actually happened
  • Browser and version
  • Screenshots or error messages
  • Steps to reproduce the issue

Create GitHub Issue

  1. Go to GitHub Issues
  2. Click “New Issue”
  3. Choose “Bug Report” template
  4. Fill in all required information
  5. Add relevant labels
  6. Submit the issue

Reporting Issues

Bug Reports

When reporting a bug, provide:
Environment:
  • Operating System (Windows, macOS, Linux)
  • Browser and version
  • Device type (desktop, mobile, tablet)
Issue Details:
  • Clear description of the problem
  • Steps to reproduce
  • Expected behavior
  • Actual behavior
  • Screenshots or screen recordings
  • Error messages (full text)
  • Console errors (press F12 in browser)
Additional Context:
  • When did it start happening?
  • Does it happen consistently?
  • Have you tried any workarounds?

Good Bug Report Example

**Bug:** Search not returning results for services

**Environment:**
- OS: Windows 11
- Browser: Chrome 120
- Device: Desktop

**Steps to Reproduce:**
1. Go to Services page
2. Enter "education" in search box
3. Press Enter
4. No results appear

**Expected:** List of education services
**Actual:** Empty results, no error message

**Screenshots:** [attached]
**Console Errors:** TypeError: Cannot read property 'filter' of undefined

**Additional Info:** 
- Started happening today
- Happens with all search terms
- Works in Firefox
